About us
This website is operated by Global Acoustic Solutions. We sell acoustic panels, decorative acoustic art panels and soundproofing products under the brands Himalyan Acoustics and Chord.
Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including size, material, finish and acoustic ratings. Because many panels are finished by hand, small variations in shade, grain and texture are normal and are not considered defects. Product photographs are for illustration; actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Pricing
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices for larger sizes may differ from the base price. The final price for your chosen size is shown before you add the item to the cart.
- We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been placed.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your location. In such a case any amount paid is refunded in full.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment through our payment gateway. For Cash on Delivery, the full amount must be paid to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Coupons and offers
Coupons are valid only for the period, minimum order value and maximum discount shown with the offer. Only one coupon can be applied to an order unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw an offer at any time.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our product photographs, descriptions or designs for commercial use without our written permission. All content on this website is owned by us or used with permission.
Reviews
Reviews you post must be your genuine opinion of a product. We may decline to publish reviews that contain abusive language, personal information, or content unrelated to the product.
Liability
Our products are decorative and acoustic treatment products. Acoustic performance depends on room size, construction and installation, so results will vary from one space to another. Our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
