Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners; if we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund any amount paid.

Delivery charges

• Delivery is free on orders above the value shown on the cart page.
• Below that value, a flat delivery charge may apply. The exact charge is always shown in the order summary before you pay.

Dispatch time

Ready-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of order confirmation. Panels that are painted, framed or made in a custom size may take longer; the expected time is mentioned on the product page or confirmed by our team.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Deliveries may take longer during festivals, bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking your order

You can follow your order at every stage from Your Account › Your Orders. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the tracking number is shown there and sent to you by email.

Packaging

Acoustic panels are fragile at the edges and corners, so every order is packed with protective edge guards and cushioning. Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery agent and inform us within 48 hours.

Failed delivery

Our courier partner attempts delivery up to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered because nobody is available or the address is incorrect, it is returned to us. In such a case we refund the order value after deducting the actual to-and-fro courier cost.
