Payments & Cash on Delivery

You can pay for your order in the way that suits you best. All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees and include GST. There are no hidden charges - the amount shown in the order summary is the amount you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. There is no extra charge for choosing it.
- Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and place your order - no advance payment is needed.
- Pay the full order amount to the delivery agent when the parcel reaches you.
- Please keep the exact amount ready if possible, as delivery agents may not carry change.
- Our team may call you to confirm a COD order before dispatch.
Online payment
Online payment by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking and wallets is handled by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Your payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure page; we never see or store them. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.
If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the payment is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If not, contact us with the transaction details and we will help.
GST invoice
Every order comes with a GST invoice. You can download it any time from Your Account › Your Orders. If you need the invoice in your business name with your GSTIN, contact us before the order is dispatched.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders, or for damaged, defective or wrong items that cannot be replaced, are made to the original payment method for online payments, and by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. See our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details.
